I've taken up Tae-Bo and running again in an attempt not to feel like a lazy work-aholic (oxymoron? no.).  Billy Blanks, the leader of the Tae-Bo revolution is simply and quite honestly terrifying.  There's something about a large ebony man telling flabby white girls to "Hit it! COME ON GIRL, HIT IT!"  And why does he insist on wearing those violet spandex wrestler suits?  I'm having relapses to my childhood and seeing "Labyrinth" and David Bowie's glorified and spandex encased crotch for the first time.  Needless to say, to try to deter the requirement of therapy at a later date, I've made use of the mute button, and at all possible moments,
